Focus On Food Security

Food Security has been identified as a major issue in the Oceanside area.  With this in mind, the Rotary Club of Parksville has identified this need in our community as one of its major areas of focus.

Projects supported through the Rotary Bottle Drop include the following:

• MAC Community Garden
• Oceanside Family Program
• Salvation Army Food Bank
• Salvation Army Soup Kitchen
• Saturday Breakfast Club (photo at right)
• SOS Child/Youth Food Program
